ART STAGING
Fine art is an important part of adding those finishing touches when staging a home or commerical space. Krista Schumacher is proud to collaborate with realtors throughout southern California by leasing her original palette knife oil paintings to help elevate the space.
While many stagers incorporate art prints, giclées, and other forms of wall furnishings for homes on the market, Schumacher's stunning textured paintings add a truly authentic element to the homes that appeal to potential buyers.
THE PROCESS
Schumacher begins the art staging process by viewing the home or commercial space either in person or virtually. She is able to take measurements and propose different recommendations for the space, taking into consideration sizing, color, subject, and currently available in her inventory.
Typically, 3-5 original pieces are chosen for the space. Schumacher and her professional team will handle the delivery and installation of the paintings. Staged paintings have an option to be purchased.
