Modern Luxury: Staging Artwork in $43 Million Dollar Coronado Cays Home

I am so excited to share the latest chapter in my art adventure - hanging my beloved creations in the ‘3 The Point,' a jaw-dropping $43 million dollar home tucked away in the Coronado Cays. The shimmering waters, palm trees, and that laid-back charm – it's paradise.

Listed at $43 million, this 11,715 square feet home and has 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, with a picturesque view of San Diego Bay. This beautiful Coronado Bayfront home was the perfect space for On My Mind (Diptych) and Majestic Sands pictured below. The Coronado Cays welcomed me with open arms, and let me tell you, it is stunning.

About the Home

Constructed in 2021, this remarkable residence boasts a generous 11,700 square feet, featuring7 bedrooms with individual private balconies, 11 bathrooms, and an impeccably designed theater. The property includes over 320 feet of private bayfront, accommodating both 95-foot and 60-foot docks—an ideal harbor for large yachts or various watercraft.

Designed to embrace its coastal surroundings, the home is adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows throughout, providing expansive vistas of San Diego Bay and the city skyline. Indulge in luxurious living on the 3,600-square-foot rooftop deck, complete with a second pool and spa, creating a tranquil oasis with breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views extending from the Coronado Bridge to the Pacific Ocean.

Staging the Home

Home staging, for me, is like painting a larger-than-life canvas where the furniture, decor, and art harmonize to create an unforgettable experience. It's about inviting potential buyers or visitors into a world where they can imagine their own stories unfolding.

As I hung my paintings in '3 The Point,' I couldn't help but think about how these services could transform any home, big or small. It's not just about selling a property; it's about selling a lifestyle.
